Artur Soletskyi was born in 1996 in the city of Vinnytsia. In 2011-2013 he studied at the DHSSh named after T.G. Shevchenko, Kyiv. From 2013 to 2019 he studied at the Department of Monumental Painting of the Lviv National Academy of Arts. Since 2019, a Ph.D. student at LNAM. Since 2020 he has been teaching at the Department of Art Glass. 

In his somewhat poster-like manner and form, Artur Soletskyi captures himself and what surrounds him, his paintings give the artist a simple way to realize this need. The human body and characteristic stylization, stencil painting, graphic design, work with space and context - all this is about Artur's work since his studies in monumental painting at the Lviv Academy of Arts. Among exhibition projects, he is engaged in curatorial work, and since 2020 he has been teaching at the Department of Glass at LNAM.

Author of scientific publications in professional journals of Ukraine, participant in international and national scientific conferences. Author of paintings and sculptures, participant in group and solo exhibitions, plein airs, residences, and festivals in Ukraine, Poland, and Germany. 

Designer of the publication of the Western Regional Scientific and Art Center of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine art magazine "7UA". 

Curatorial work in the organization of exhibitions "Baltic Glass", Museum of Glass in Lviv, April-August 2019; "Baltic Glass: Dialogue of Wind and Rain", National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art, Kyiv, September-October 2019; "World Art Glass in Ukraine: 1989 - 2019", National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art, Kyiv, September-October 2019; "#GlassUA", LNAM Gallery, October 2019; exhibitions of Polish, Czech, Slovak and American glass artists "E-glass: retrospection", PM Gallery, October-November, 2019; exhibitions of works by Jan Zorichak (Slovakia / France), Museum of Glass in Lviv, October 2019 - January 2020. 

The works are in private collections in Poland, Germany, Italy, Cyprus, Great Britain, the USA, China, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.
