We make no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, in connection with the Artwork. The Serpentine Gallery and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents exclude all liability (whether in contact, tort or otherwise), to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with the Artwork.
III. PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, phone number, payment information, etc.
1. CONFIRMATIONS
Receiving an email ' order confirmation' is not accepting an order or confirming an offer to sell. JM Art Management reserves the right to limit the number of orders on any item and/or refuse service to any customer without prior notification. Information verification may be required before any order is accepted. JM Art Management makes every effort to ensure that at the time of publication the content on this website is correct (including product descriptions and prices). Please note, however, that we can only accept orders if the description of any goods featured or their prices as advertised does not contain material errors.

IV. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Wire Transfer, cash or personal cheque are all acceptable methods of payment. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
Your card will be charged right after you submit your order.

All sales are final. We accept return for refund or exchange ONLY for items damaged in transit.
All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. However, some items may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 7 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, and all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by JM Art Management. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Terms and Conditions by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. You should periodically check the Site and this Terms and Conditions for updates.
