Popovy Sisters are siblings Ekaterina and Elena Popovy, from Perm, Russia. The sisters are fashion designers and doll-makers with a strong sense of the contemporary and an eye for trendsetting. Without the constraints of a real model the fashion can push further than wearables. The focus, though, is on the doll’s form. The faces are often inspired by children, expressive and emotional, emphasizing the atypical such as large ears or teeth gaps. The imperfections make them seem almost human.

All sales are final. We accept return for refund or exchange ONLY for items damaged in transit.
All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders. We are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. However, some items may be accepted for partial store credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 7 days from the date received. Buyer will be held responsible for any restocking fees and/or reconditioning fees, and all shipping fees as they are non-refundable. We will not refund for "buyer's remorse". Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expenses and the validity of all claims will be decided by JM Art Management. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations under the applicable laws.

We do not accept returns or exchange.
Please allow 7 business days to process your order. We ship our products Monday to Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed on the following business day. Orders will not be shipped over the weekend or public holidays.
Delivery time:
For US Orders: Normally takes 2-7 business days
For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days.
Shipping and freight charges do not include any applicable international customs duties or import taxes which may arise upon product entering your country. All international customs duties, taxes, and related charges must, therefore, be borne by the purchaser.
Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
